Full job descriptionA leading financial institution is seeking an Associate Insurance Banker to join their UK Insurance team in London. What you’ll do:
As an Associate you will play a pivotal role in supporting the UK Insurance coverage team within Corporate Banking Clients. Your daily activities will involve acting as a dependable liaison between insurance clients and product partners, preparing insightful presentations, analysing prospects, assisting with transactions, and facilitating effective communication across departments.
*Act as the first point of contact for insurance clients alongside senior bankers, coordinating introductions between various areas of the bank to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Lead the preparation and creation of presentation materials as well as conducting detailed analysis of clients and prospects to support business development.
*Support senior bankers in their day-to-day interactions with clients and assist on specific transactions to help achieve team objectives.
*Engage in internal discussions with product partners to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively through tailored banking solution
What you bring:
The ideal candidate brings proven experience from client-facing roles within reputable financial institutions or professional services firms
*Graduate or equivalent qualification is required for this role, demonstrating your academic foundation in relevant fields.
*At least three years’ experience working within a client-facing team at an established financial institution or professional services firm is essential for success.
*Experience dealing with financial institutions customers will enable you to understand sector-specific needs and build trustful relationships.
*Excellent planning and organisational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently while supporting both clients and colleagues
