My client, a leading law firm, are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build and shared ownership transactions
*Handle files from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
*Conduct title checks, searches, and enquiries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
*Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
*Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, professional standards, and firm procedures.
*Deliver excellent client service, keeping clients updated at every stage of the transaction.
*Support junior members of the team as required.
Key Requirements
*Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (CILEx).
*Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
*Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
*Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, SDLT, and Land Registry processes.
*Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
*Proficient in the use of case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
*A proactive, client-focused approach with keen attention to detail.
