Full job descriptionA wonderful opportunity has arisen for a polished, capable Assistant House Manager to join a small, established team supporting a portfolio of private residences across Central London. This is a genuinely varied role for someone who thrives on relationship-building and wants to take real ownership of service standards, working closely with clients, contractors and a wider support team.
This role would suit someone with a strong background and understanding of housekeeping from a managerial standpoint, someone confident communicating with clients directly, comfortable with administration, and who takes pride in getting the details right.
The Role
•Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
•Coordinating schedules, logistics and day-to-day service delivery across a portfolio of residences
•Liaising with suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure consistently high standards
•Managing quotations, invoicing queries and basic budget oversight
•Handling client queries and any concerns with professionalism and discretion
•Supporting recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day people management within the wider team
•Keeping accurate records and using operating systems/software to track service delivery
•Contributing ideas for improving processes and service standards
Requirements
•Proven experience in a client-facing service, hospitality, or household management role
•Excellent administrative skills and confident written and verbal communication
•Comfortable managing schedules, budgets and supplier relationships
•A natural relationship-builder who is equally happy handling admin and human matters
•Highly discreet, professional and adaptable
Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 GPA, DOE
