Location: Luton (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Team Leader to join their Finance Department and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with leadership experience who enjoys balancing hands-on financial responsibilities with team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain monthly cashbooks and complete bank reconciliations.
*Post journals and maintain the nominal ledger.
*Supervise sales and purchase ledger activities.
*Support rent collection and reconciliations.
*Assist with fixed asset management.
*Support finance queries and governance activities.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
About You
*At least two years experience in a busy finance environment.
*Experience using accounting and payroll systems.
*Strong reconciliation and ledger management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to supervise and support team members.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
