You’ll work across telephone, live chat, messaging platforms, and ticketing systems, helping customers with enquiries, resolving issues, arranging appointments, taking messages, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Using our bespoke in-house systems, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for customers and callers, confidently managing enquiries, recording information accurately, and ensuring the right actions are taken every time.

*A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of customer enquiries
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling information
*Strong team spirit and willingness to support across different areas
*An interest in learning new products, services, and systems (full training provided)
