We’re working with a well-established and expanding electrical contractor that is looking to recruit a motivated Trainee / Graduate Electrical Estimator. This is an outstanding opportunity to receive hands-on training from experienced professionals while developing a long-term career within a successful business.
No previous estimating experience is required—just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail.


The RoleWorking alongside experienced Estimators and Project Managers, you will learn how to:
*Prepare cost estimates and quotations for electrical projects.
*Review technical drawings and specifications.
*Measure quantities from plans and tender documents.
*Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
*Assist with tender submissions and project cost analysis.
*Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams.
*Develop an understanding of electrical installations, pricing and commercial processes.
Full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.
What We’re Looking For*Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or a related discipline (or someone with a genuine interest in the industry).
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Good communication and organisational skills.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
*Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
