We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected UK charity seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of retail shops across the Midlands.
This is an opportunity to combine commercial expertise with a genuine social purpose, leading passionate teams that generate vital income to support life-changing services within local communities.
What you’ll be doing
*Leading and inspiring a network of retail shop managers to achieve ambitious sales and profit targets.
*Coaching, developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
*Driving commercial performance through innovation, stock management and local community engagement.
*Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise income.
*Supporting new shop openings, refurbishments and operational improvements.
*Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety and retail standards.
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Proven multi-site retail management experience.
*A strong track record of delivering commercial growth.
*Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
*The ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams.
*Strong organisational and planning abilities.
*A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
