What We Offer Salary: £24,507.16 per annum (approximately £13.47 per hour)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Company Van: Available in applicable locations and can be taken home for commuting
Full PPE Provided

About the RoleAs a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining outdoor communal areas to a high standard, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and attractive for residents and visitors.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities General grounds maintenance across hard and soft landscaped areas
Grass cutting and hedge maintenance
Litter picking and maintaining site cleanliness
Shrub bed maintenance, including weeding and pruning
Responding to fly-tipping incidents and waste clearance
Safe operation of grounds maintenance equipment
Working independently and collaboratively to meet service standards
What We’re Looking ForEssential Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Ability to carry out physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
Desirable PA1 and PA6 Spraying Licences
These nationally recognised qualifications demonstrate competence in the safe handling and application of pesticides and are particularly useful for vegetation management and weed control activities.
