Location: Largely remote, with occasional travel to Leeds
Contract: 6 months
Start: ASAP
We are supporting a consultancy partner delivering a secure public sector digital programme and are looking for an SC Cleared Service Designer to join the team.
This role will focus on designing user-centred services within a secure environment, with particular emphasis on services involving secure data, information governance and cyber considerations.
What you’ll be doing*Design end-to-end services for secure digital products
*Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve complex user journeys
*Facilitate workshops and service design activities
*Produce service blueprints, journey maps and design artefacts
*Balance user needs with security, governance and operational requirements
*Support the delivery of accessible, user-centred services
Essential Experience*Active SC Clearance
*Previous Service Design experience within UK Government or Healthcare
*Experience designing services involving secure or sensitive data
*Understanding of cyber security and information governance principles
*Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
*Experience working within agile multidisciplinary teams
