Full job descriptionA leading regional law firm is seeking a Family Associate / Senior Associate to join its established team in Stirling on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to manage a varied family law caseload while developing their career within a supportive and progressive environment. You’ll work on high-quality private family law matters alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to excellence and client care.

Description
*Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters.
*Advising clients on financial provision, separation, child contact and residence disputes.
*Handling pre-nuptial agreements, adoption and guardianship cases.
*Representing clients in hearings and proofs where required.
*Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the development of junior team members while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
Profile
A successful Family Solicitor will be:
*A solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law.
*Experienced in managing a broad range of family law matters independently.
*Skilled in conducting civil hearings and proofs.
*Able to supervise, mentor and support junior members of the team.
*Possessing strong communication and client care skills.
*Proactive, organised and empathetic in their approach to sensitive legal matters.
*Familiar with legal aid work relating to guardianship matters, although this is advantageous rather than essential.
Job Offer
*A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £63,000 per annum.
