Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a global manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a high performing company in Leeds, manufacturing products for regulated markets. You’ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:
*Leading and supervising a team of 20-30 in a busy, regulated environment
*Overseeing a number of industrial machinery processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs
*Planning and scheduling production activities with a methodical and proactive mindset
*Monitoring equipment constraints, analysing data, and solving problems before they escalate
*Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety procedures
*Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything on track
We’re keen to speak with experience Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:
*Technical background - ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering)
*Proven experience in production leadership role
*Strong communication skills - you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop
*A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
*Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information
