Elevation Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business in Featherstone for a Sales and Project Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in supporting both the sales and project delivery functions, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting the sales team with quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
*Assisting with the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
*Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders and projects are delivered efficiently.
*Preparing project documentation, reports and administrative records.
*Managing customer communications and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
About You*Previous experience in a sales support, project support, customer service or administration role.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
*A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems.
*Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
