Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, HR Manager for a 6 Month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
*Lead on complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish, providing expert advice and guidance to managers.
*Act as a trusted HR generalist, supporting across HR operations, policies and employee life cycle activities.
*Support HR administration and maintain employee records using Bamboo HR.
*Attend recruitment meetings where required, although there is a dedicated internal recruiter, so there is no hands-on recruitment responsibility.
*Partner with managers to provide pragmatic HR advice across a range of people matters.
Profile:
The successful temporary, HR Manager will have at least 5 years of experience working within a HR Manager position and will have had exposure to end to end ER case management.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a software firm based in the London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary HR Manager role will be paying circa £30 - £37 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
