London | Warm Desk Billing £5,500 Per Week
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our London Head Office and take over a successful Secondary desk currently billing around £5,500 per week.
If you’re already succeeding within education recruitment and want a stronger brand, better support and greater earning potential, we’d like to speak with you.
Essential RequirementsPlease only apply if you have:
*Minimum 12 months’ Education Recruitment experience
*Experience recruiting within Secondary education
*Consistent billing history
*Strong client and candidate relationships
*Excellent business development skills

About the RoleYou’ll inherit an established Secondary desk with existing schools and active business from day one.
Responsibilities include:
*Developing existing accounts
*Winning new Secondary school partnerships
*Managing candidate placements
*Visiting schools
*Marketing candidates
*Driving revenue growth
Supported by dedicated Resourcing, Compliance, Marketing, Payroll and IT teams, you’ll spend your time focusing on sales rather than administration.
What You’ll Receive*Up to £55,000 basic salary
*Warm desk billing £5,500 per week
*Commission paid from day one
*Uncapped commission plus Super Commission
*Guaranteed increase on your current basic salary
*35 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
*Reduced school holiday hours
*1.5-hour lunch breaks
*Annual overseas incentive trip
