You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for an Senior Process Engineer who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance.
As the Senior Process Engineer, you will:
*Provide clear technical leadership and guidance to Process Engineers across the full project lifecycle.
*Review and assure process design deliverables, ensuring they are fit for purpose, compliant, and aligned to project outcomes.
*Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage design quality and deliver to programme, cost, and quality targets.
*Validate key process outputs including mass balances, sizing, hydraulics, PFDs, control philosophies, and P&IDs/3D models to ensure safety and compliance.
*Support design queries, supplier inputs, and team development while championing health, safety, innovation, and best practice.
We’re looking for:
*Degree qualified in Engineering, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience gained in a relevant role.
*Proven experience working on water sector assets and capital delivery projects.
*Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry codes of practice.
*Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior engineers.
*Chartered status, or actively working towards professional chartership.
