ND Real Estate is looking for an experienced property maintenance technician to join our team, covering repairs and maintenance across our managed property portfolio in Nottingham.
The role
*Fixed salary plus 8 to 10% commission per completed job
*Realistic earning potential of £4,000+ per month for strong performers
*All jobs supplied directly from our property portfolio, no need to source your own work
*Fuel and materials costs covered by us
Hours
*Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
*Saturday half day
*Sunday off
What you need
*Proven experience in property maintenance or general repairs
*Your own basic tools
*A reliable, trustworthy approach, you will be working inside occupied and vacant properties and need to be someone landlords and tenants can rely on
*Own transport preferred
