The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and breakdown response on a range of lift equipment while delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

As a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for: *Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on passenger, goods, and platform lifts.
*Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise equipment downtime.
*Attend lift breakdowns and emergency call-outs as required.
*Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work complies with current legislation and industry standards.
*Complete service reports and job documentation accurately and on time.
*Liaise professionally with customers, site managers, and colleagues.
*Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working order.
*Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
*Participate in the on-call rota where applicable.
The ideal candidate: *NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent recognised qualification) – Essential.
*Proven experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing lifts.
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*Good understanding of current lift regulations and safety standards.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
