Academics is currently recruiting caring and reliable Nursery Assistants to support a nurturing nursery in Cheltenham.
This Nursery Assistant opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are seeking a rewarding role in a supportive childcare environment. Whether you are an experienced Nursery Assistant or are looking to build on your childcare experience, this position offers the chance to make a positive impact on children’s early development.

Your Role:
*Support daily nursery routines and activities
*Encourage children through play-based learning
*Help create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment
*Assist with children’s early years development and well-being
What We’re Looking For:
*A genuine passion for working with children
*Childcare qualification (Level 2 or above desirable but not essential)
*Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
*Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
*Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
