An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading global investment firm, supporting senior leaders within a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This is a trusted position where you’ll act as a true business partner, providing seamless support while building strong relationships across the organisation.

Working alongside a collaborative team of experienced Executive Assistants, you’ll support two senior investment leaders, while also providing additional support to a senior finance executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working at pace and takes pride in delivering exceptional executive support.

Responsibilities*Providing proactive, high-level Executive Assistant support to senior investment leaders.
*Complex diary management across multiple time zones.
*Coordinating extensive international travel, itineraries and expenses.
*Organising roadshows, investor meetings and conference attendance.
*Producing and formatting presentations and board materials.
*Managing meeting logistics, visitor coordination and event planning.
*Handling confidential information with complete discretion.
*Supporting wider business projects and team initiatives.
*Providing holiday cover for colleagues within the Executive Assistant team.
About You*Previous experience supporting senior executives within private equity, investment management, private credit or another fast-paced professional services environment.
*Strong experience managing complex diaries and international travel.
*Commercially aware with excellent judgement and prioritisation skills.
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
*Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
*Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
*Able to remain calm under pressure while managing competing priorities.
