IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a GMP Cleaning Operative to carry out GMP-compliant cleaning of manufacturing equipment and production areas.
This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality and contamination control within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will clean production equipment and manufacturing areas while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Hours*38 basic hours per week.
*Overtime is available.
Key Duties*Clean production equipment and manufacturing areas in line with SOPs and work instructions.
*Assemble and disassemble equipment safely for cleaning.
*Comply with GMP, Health & Safety, PPE and environmental requirements.
*Complete cleaning documentation accurately in line with ALCOA data integrity principles.
*Inspect equipment to ensure cleanliness and production readiness.
*Report any defects, deviations or non-conformances.
*Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure the correct storage of cleaning materials.
*Monitor cleaning stock levels.
*Support production changeovers and scheduled deep cleans.
Requirements*Good written and spoken English.
*Strong attention to detail with an analytical and methodical approach.
*Reliable and proactive approach to work.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Basic mechanical aptitude.
*Good level of health and fitness for working in an indoor manufacturing environment.
