We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to take a leading role within one of our specialist markets, driving growth, mentoring others and becoming a go-to expert for clients and candidates alike.

The Opportunity

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence across the business.
You’ll be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, generating revenue, mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future direction of your market.
You’ll:
*Lead and grow a specialist recruitment division
*Build strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
*Drive business development activity and identify new revenue opportunities
*Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across permanent and/or contract markets
*Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
*Mentor and support Consultants and Senior Consultants
*Share market knowledge and contribute to business growth initiatives
*Play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our #OneTeam culture
What We’re Looking For*Significant experience within recruitment
*Consistent track record of delivering and exceeding targets
*Strong billing history and commercial acumen
*Ability to win, develop and retain client relationships
*Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced recruiters
*Strong leadership qualities without necessarily seeking a management role
*Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
*Ambition to become a recognised market leader
