Location: Exeter
Employment type: Full-time | Office-based/Work from home (1 day per week)
Shifts: 8.30 am–5:30pm & 9am–6pm, Early finish Fridays
Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission | OTE: £43-45k

Join a Leading IT Recruitment Agency – No Experience Needed! We’re Proactive Appointments, a well-established recruitment agency based in Exeter. We specialise in IT Contract and Permanent Recruitment, and we are looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
*Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
*Build relationships over the phone with new and existing candidates
*Support consultants and clients throughout the hiring journey
*Collaborate closely with a dynamic and friendly team
What We’re Looking For
*Analytical, focused and resilient under pressure
*Confident telephone manner and excellent communication
*Strong people skills and attention to detail
*Team player with a sense of humor and drive to succeed
*No prior recruitment experience needed – full training provided
*Competitive basic salary and commission – uncapped earnings potential
*31 days holiday, rising to 34 (incl. bank holidays & Christmas break)
*Relaxation area with table tennis, darts, snooker & TV and free parking
