IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is actively recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in the Barnstaple area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker looking to join a busy production environment in North Devon. The role involves producing and packing products, completing documentation and supporting the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
Hours of WorkMorning Shift:
*Monday to Thursday, 6am-2pm.
*Friday, 6am-12pm.
Afternoon Shift:
*Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
*Friday, 12pm-6pm.
Key Duties*Work effectively as part of a production team to ensure all delivery priorities are achieved within deadlines.
*Produce and pack a complete range of products in line with Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
*Complete all production documentation to a high standard through to sign-off.
*Clean, maintain and prepare your own work area and equipment.
*Replenish stock and supplies to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
*Support other production areas as required.
Requirements*Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
*Analytical and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
*Ability to work confidently with technical and numerical information.
*Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
*Proactive, professional, reliable and respectful approach to work.
*Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Basic mechanical engineering skills, experience or aptitude.
*Good level of general health and wellbeing.
*Ability to work in an enclosed, indoor manufacturing environment.
