Full job descriptionOur client is a growing technology services business with a strong recurring revenue model and ambitious plans for future growth. Having expanded rapidly in recent years, they are seeking an experienced Interim or Fractional Finance professional to undertake a comprehensive review of the finance function and provide recommendations to support the next stage of the company’s development.
This assignment will involve assessing financial controls, reporting processes, systems and workflows across the business to identify opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will help uncover areas of inefficiency, potential revenue leakage and process weaknesses, while providing practical solutions to improve the quality of financial information and support better decision-making.
A key focus will be reviewing how data flows through the business, evaluating current systems and identifying opportunities to introduce automation, improve reporting and leverage AI-driven tools where appropriate.
We are looking for a qualified finance professional with experience operating at Finance Director, CFO or senior finance leadership level, ideally with exposure to finance transformation, process improvement and scaling growing businesses. Experience within technology, managed services, SaaS or other recurring revenue environments would be highly beneficial.
This is initially a project-based assignment expected to last 2–4 weeks. However, there is genuine potential for the role to develop into a longer-term appointment for the right individual as the business continues its growth journey and strengthens its finance leadership capability.
