Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunity

The RoleAs a German speaking Customer Service Executive, you will provide comprehensive B2B customer support to clients and sales representatives across Germany. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of orders and export activities.
Key Responsibilities*Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing effective solutions and outstanding service.
*Prepare and issue customer quotations.
*Support the external sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
*Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.
About You*Fluency in both German and English.
*Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar office based role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure.
*A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary *£30,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities.
