Description
*Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and performance objectives.
*Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Sainsbury’s.
*Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the chilled category.
*Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure alignment with customer needs.
*Monitor and analyse market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
*Negotiate contracts and promotional activity to maximise profitability and sales.
*Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal management and external stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with all company policies and retailer agreements.
Profile
A successful Sainsbury’s Branded Chilled SNAM should have:
*Proven experience managing chilled branded products within Sainsbury’s.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
*Solid understanding of the chilled category and market dynamics.
*Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
*Proficiency in analysing data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities.
*Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
*2-3 days a week in London depending on client visits.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £85,000 per annum.
*Additional car allowance and performance-based bonus.
