Location: Hybrid (London + UK site visits)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Change to lead the people and organisational change strategy for a major, multi-year property transformation programme within a large, complex organisation.
Reporting to the Programme Director, you’ll lead the change agenda across workplace transformation, office relocations, operational site moves and enabling technology deployments. Working closely with senior leaders across Property, Technology, HR and Operations, you’ll ensure employees are fully prepared to adopt new ways of working while maintaining business continuity throughout the programme.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant executive exposure, offering the opportunity to shape organisational change at enterprise scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Develop and deliver the overall Change Management Strategy for the programme.
*Lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities.
*Partner with senior executives to drive engagement, sponsorship and successful adoption.
*Oversee change impact assessments, learning strategies and organisational readiness.
*Ensure programme benefits are realised through effective people change and sustainable adoption.
*Provide regular reporting to Programme Boards and Executive stakeholders.
About You:
We’re looking for a senior change leader who brings:
*Extensive experience leading organisational change across large-scale transformation programmes.
*Experience delivering workplace, property, infrastructure or operational transformation.
*A strong track record of influencing executive stakeholders and leading enterprise-wide change teams.
*Expertise in business readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement and adoption.
*Experience working within large, complex or regulated organisations.
*Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or APMG is advantageous.
