Full job descriptionShillito Group are recruiting for a Furnace Charge Operator to join a well established, specialist manufacturing business in Sheffield.


The Role*Prepare and weigh materials for furnace processing
*Maintain accurate records in line with quality and production standards
*Support furnace operations by ensuring correct charge preparation
*Assist with internal material recovery and processing activities
*Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation
What We’re Looking For*Experience in a manufacturing, metals, or industrial environment
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable working with materials, weights, and processes
*Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
*A proactive approach and willingness to learn
*FLT and/or overhead crane experience (desirable)
