Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to work on a temporary, ongoing supply basis across a range of friendly and supportive primary schools throughout Doncaster.
This Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant opportunity is ideal for candidates who hold a Level 3 CACHE or NVQ qualification and enjoy supporting children during the important early years of their education. Working as a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant in Doncaster offers flexibility, variety and the opportunity to gain experience across a range of Nursery and Reception classrooms.
Position: Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: £92.56 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE, no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay, dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available)

About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant in Doncaster, you will support pupils within Nursery and Reception, helping to deliver engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence and independence.
The Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant role in Doncaster includes supporting whole-class learning, working with small intervention groups and providing individual support where needed. You will help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment while working closely with teachers to support every child’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
*Support teaching and learning within Nursery and Reception classes
*Deliver small group and individual intervention sessions
*Encourage children’s communication, creativity and independence
*Assist with preparing engaging EYFS learning activities and resources
*Support children’s social, emotional and educational development
*Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
*Level 3 CACHE or Level 3 NVQ Early Years/Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
*Experience supporting children within EYFS settings
*Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
*Positive, caring and proactive approach
*Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
