Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for running production lines safely and efficiently while supporting quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate machinery and meet production targets
*Follow and promote all health & safety procedures
*Support SOP creation and ensure compliance
*Carry out product checks and use calibrated equipment
*Complete production reporting and shift handovers
*Assist with basic maintenance and material control
Requirements
*Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience
*Apprentice trained or equivalent
*FLT experience (preferred)
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Flexible to work shifts and weekends
