Full job descriptionA1 Personnel are recruiting for a Transport Administrator on behalf of a well-established business based in Stanford-le-Hope.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous transport or logistics administration experience to join a busy and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities*Coordinate daily inbound and outbound transport schedules.
*Produce accurate transport and shipping documentation.
*Liaise with third-party hauliers and obtain Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
*Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams.
*Support customs administration and export documentation.
*Maintain transport records and departmental KPI reports.
*Build strong relationships with transport providers and internal departments.
About You*Previous experience in a Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain Administration role.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*Knowledge of transport documentation and supply chain operations.
*German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
