What you’ll do
*Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
*Process new business applications, fund switches, withdrawals and servicing requests
*Prepare documentation and information for client meetings and reviews
*Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy information and updates
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is compliant and up to date
*Manage workflow through internal systems, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently
*Respond to client and provider enquiries in a professional and timely manner
*Support the delivery of a high-quality client experience throughout the advice process
What you’ll need
*Experience working in a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA administration role
*Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
Benefits
*Salary up to £32,000
*9 day fortnight
*Study support towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
