The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner looking to take their first step into leadership, or for an existing Team Leader looking to join a firm where quality is valued over volume.
Working closely with the Head of Paraplanning, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day workflow of the paraplanning function, supporting the development of the team while remaining actively involved in technical client work yourself.
This role offers an excellent balance of leadership responsibilities alongside hands-on paraplanning, ensuring you continue to develop your own technical expertise whilst helping others grow.
What They’re Looking For
*Significant paraplanning experience, ideally within an independent, whole-of-market financial planning environment
*Diploma qualified as a minimum, with a desire to continue progressing towards Chartered status
*Previous experience mentoring colleagues, allocating work or managing paraplanning workflows
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, trusts and holistic financial planning
*Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
*Someone who enjoys collaborative working and helping others succeed
