*Contract Length: 3-Month FTC (with potential extension)

*Working Hours: 35 hours per week (9am–5pm)
We are currently seeking two enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcers to join our team for a busy Christmas recruitment campaign. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for administration and communication. While previous recruitment experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, and administrative backgrounds.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Review applications and CVs to identify suitable candidates.
*Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
*Coordinate interview schedules for successful applicants.
*Extend verbal offers to selected candidates and issue necessary offer paperwork.
*Handle candidate administration and ensure smooth HR handovers.
*Support the recruitment of approximately 120 temporary employees for major retail accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
*Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
*Ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently.
*Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
*Experience in administration, retail supervision, hospitality management, or recruitment coordination is highly regarded.
