A well-established and growing accountancy practice is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior or Accounts Senior to join its friendly and collaborative team in Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied portfolio of clients whilst continuing to build your technical knowledge and client relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
-Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
-Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments where required
-Developing strong relationships with clients, providing practical advice and responding to day-to-day queries
-Working closely with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of client service
This role would suit an Accounts Semi Senior looking to progress their career, or an Accounts Senior seeking a fresh challenge. AAT, ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous, although candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered.
