Laboratory Technician
Bradwell, S33 9JT

*Monday - Friday
*£28,000 - £34,000 per annum

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically capable Laboratory Technician to join an expanding team. You’ll perform hands-on calibrations, drive quality standards, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out calibration work, method validation, and uncertainty calculations
*Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and internal quality procedures
*Produce accurate technical reports in line with client requirements
*Promote calibration best practices and safety protocols
*Support process improvements and drive efficiency
*Help resolve technical issues and customer concerns
*Identify customer needs and support service enhancement
*Maintain calibration equipment and ensure regular upkeep
*Assist with internal and external audit readiness
*Liaise with the Quality team to ensure procedural compliance
