We strive to build lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional service and trustworthy advice and are looking for a Legal Secretary to joint the Team.
Duties and responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rugby for a Legal Secretary. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting legal professionals, managing diaries, and handling clerical tasks. Additional duties include processing digital dictation by way of transcription, filing documents, conducting legal research, and scheduling appointments together with providing Reception cover as and when required. The role demands careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Experience and qualifications
*Understanding of Law and proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
*Experience as a Legal Secretary and in Clerical Skills
*Competence in Diary Management and scheduling
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
*Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Rugby
*Proficiency in using legal software and office applications
*Previous experience in a legal firm is advantageous
