Full job descriptionGotpeople are partnering with a range of distribution and production companies across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and the surrounding areas to recruit Temporary Warehouse, Waste & Recycling, and Production Operatives.
We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:
*Picking, packing, and sorting orders in fast-paced environments
*Performing manual tasks, including heavy lifting, handling, loading, and unloading
*Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within facilities
*Operating forklift trucks (FLT drivers)
*Waste & Recycling operations
*Fabrication and use of hand tools
Ideal candidates will:
*Exhibit a flexible, positive approach with a proactive, can-do attitude
*Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, working with both speed and accuracy
*Possess relevant blue-collar skills and experience (advantageous)
*Have experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (desirable)
