Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking a Administrator to provide vital support to a busy team during a period of high demand.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the team continues to deliver an efficient and effective service.
Location: Diss
Rate: £14.63 per hour
Duration: 6-8 Weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
· Creating warning letters and correspondence as directed by Housing & Support Delivery Officers
· Updating and maintaining accurate case notes and records
· Supporting proportionality assessments by collating information and extracting data from internal systems
· Attending Microsoft Teams meetings and producing support plans for recording on internal systems
· Completing, processing and filing documentation
· Making outbound calls and arranging appointments
· Providing general administrative support to assist the wider team
About You
· Able to hit the ground running in a busy environment
· Strong organisational and admin skills
· Flexible approach and willing to support where needed
· Confident working as part of a team
· Comfortable using systems and handling sensitive information
Additional Information
· Based primarily at Diss, with occasional travel across Suffolk and Norfolk
· Mileage paid at 55p per mile (in line with travel policy)
· Basic DBS check will be required for successful applicant
