We’re looking for a reliable, organised administrator who enjoys working with spreadsheets, keeping information accurate and supporting a busy team. This part-time permanent role is ideal for someone with solid admin experience who wants a stable, long-term position.
The Role
You’ll provide general administrative support across the team, with a strong focus on maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets. You’ll help keep records organised, track information, produce simple reports and handle day-to-day admin tasks.
Main Duties
*Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
*Input, check and organise data
*Produce basic reports and summaries
*Keep records accurate and up to date
*Handle incoming queries and emails
*Support the team with general admin tasks
*File, organise and manage documentation
What You Need
*Strong admin experience
*Confident using Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, formatting)
*Good Microsoft Office skills
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Ability to prioritise and work independently
*Willingness to learn new systems
Desirable
*Experience working with data or reporting
*Background in an office or administrative environment
