Experienced in residential lettings and looking to join a successful independent estate agency?
We’re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a highly respected and established agency in Manchester. This is a busy and varied role, ideal for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
While the role is primarily focused on lettings, there is also the opportunity to support the sales team, making this a fantastic position for someone looking to broaden their experience.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate lettings and sales offers
*Manage tenant applications and referencing processes
*Arrange property check-outs and inspections
*Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Maintain accurate diary management and appointments
*Support the Property Management team when required
*Deliver excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
Lettings Negotiator Requirements
*Previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
*Passionate about the property industry
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Hard-working with a proactive attitude
*Able to work independently as well as part of a team
*Local Manchester market knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential
What’s on Offer?
*£25,000 - £28,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
*Realistic OTE of £28,000 - £31,000
*Monday to Friday working hours (8:45am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch)
