About the Company:
We are working with a growing and forward-thinking financial services firm that is looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a supportive, close-knit team, providing essential administration support across a range of employee benefits schemes. The role offers exposure to a variety of corporate clients and the opportunity to develop knowledge across pensions, group risk, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
*Administering employee benefits schemes, including pensions, group risk, and healthcare
*Supporting consultants with client servicing and renewal processes
*Liaising with providers, insurers, and key stakeholders
*Processing joiners, leavers, and scheme amendments
*Preparing client documentation, reports, and correspondence
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Supporting the onboarding of new clients
*Ensuring a high level of service is provided to clients at all times
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience within employee benefits, pensions, or financial services administration
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
*Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and providers
*A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to learn and develop
*Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality administration and client service
Desirable Skills:
*Experience working within an employee benefits environment
*Knowledge of workplace pensions and/or group risk products
*Experience using financial services administration systems
*A desire to build a long-term career within employee benefits
