Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Colchester, who are currently recruiting for a Client Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual within experience within an IFA firm to take the next step within there career.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Monitor and progress client cases, providing regular updates.
*Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and ensure timely case completion.
*Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
*Work across investment platforms including Aberdeen, Fidelity, and Quilter.
*Coordinate client payments and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
*Manage pension and ISA transfers through to completion.
*Handle trust applications and inheritance tax planning cases.
*Process tax wrapper switches, fund withdrawals, and income payments.
*Manage Letters of Authority and annuity applications.
*Submit accurate applications across multiple provider systems.


Skills & Experience Required:
*At least two years of experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice is essential.
*Solid experience processing new business across a wide range of financial products.
*Confident in managing client cases throughout the entire process, from initial submission to completion.
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
*A proactive and supportive team member who enjoys contributing to a collaborative, professional, and fast-paced working environment.
