Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights – 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)


Join Müller Milk & Ingredients as a Shift Lead and take ownership of a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These newly created positions offer full autonomy, end-to-end accountability, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence on shift.
KeyResponsibilities
*Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.
*Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.
*Own and deliver Operational Excellence (OE) projects aligned to business goals.
*Make real-time decisions using PDCA and "go, look, see" techniques.
*Manage team development, performance reviews, and employee relations.
*Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
*Strong coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
*Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
*Passion for developing people and driving change.
