Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Trainer to join a highly reputablebusiness based on the outskirts of Stowmarket, on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a part time role, which will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning solutions, as well as helping colleagues develop throughout their careers.
Responsibilities
*Partner with managers to identify learning needs and skills gaps.
*Design and deliver engaging learning solutions, including workshops, virtual sessions and blended learning.
*Facilitate learning across a range of topics, including management, leadership, HR, business and interpersonal skills.
*Support managers in developing their teams through practical learning solutions.
*Review and update learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
*Support the development of early careers programmes.
*Work collaboratively with the wider L&D team to deliver a consistent learning experience.
Key skills
*CIPD Level 5 in HR/L&D or equivalent experience.
*Experience delivering engaging learning in both classroom and virtual environments.
*Strong understanding of learning design and adult learning principles.
*Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
*Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Confident using digital learning platforms and technologies.
