Full job descriptionJoin a leading independent technology and services provider as a IT Support Analyst - L1 On-site.
Job Overview:
*Role: IT Support Analyst - L1 On-site
*Location: Cardiff
*Contract: 26th July’27 - 27th July’27
*Pay Rates:
*Umbrella Rate: £17.45/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
*PAYE Basic Rate: £13.45/hour
*Work schedule: Monday to Thursday
*Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
*T1 Technician On-site Site-Based engineer
*Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution. Installation Technicians will typically unbox and install the kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables (e.g. power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests.
*Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
*Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.
*Additionally, upkeep of system records, principally ServiceNow. Strict adherence to procedures, scripts and polices is a must.
*Flexibility of working days will be required, though minimal, with notice.
*This is a 4 day per week role, Monday to Thursday.
