The Role:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising paid media activity across Meta, Google and TikTok, with opportunities to expand into additional channels. This hands-on role will involve managing significant advertising budgets, scaling customer acquisition, improving profitability and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own and manage the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and additional growth channels.
*Build, launch and optimise campaigns across all paid acquisition platforms.
*Manage Google Performance Max, Shopping, Search and Remarketing campaigns.
*Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
*Monitor and analyse paid media performance across daily, weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
*Track key performance metrics including NC-CPA, ROAS, POAS, MER, CAC and customer acquisition trends.
*Use attribution platforms such as Triple Whale to support budget allocation and scaling decisions.
*Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
*Identify emerging creative trends within the fashion, retail and e-commerce space.
*Develop compelling ad copy, hooks and calls-to-action.
*Create structured testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
*Manage and allocate advertising budgets across paid media channels.
*Adjust spend based on performance, profitability and business priorities.
About You:
*3-5 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns within an e-commerce, retail, fashion or DTC environment.
*Proven experience scaling profitable campaigns and delivering measurable revenue growth.
*Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre and GA4.
*Experience using attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or similar tools.
