This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a friendly and professional team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, ensuring clients receive an efficient, compliant and first-class service. Key Responsibilities:
*Process client instructions accurately and efficiently, including non-advised transactions.
*Manage day-to-day client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
*Prepare and issue client correspondence, documentation and communications.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Intelliflo and other internal systems.
*Prepare and submit new business applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
*Monitor applications through to completion, resolving any issues that arise.
*Liaise with providers and investment platforms to obtain valuations, illustrations and policy information.
*Chase providers for outstanding requirements and application updates.
*Prepare annual review packs and supporting documentation.
*Coordinate review schedules and maintain accurate diary management.
*Ensure client files meet FCA and internal compliance standards.
*Support AML processes and maintain audit-ready records.
*Build strong working relationships with advisers, paraplanners, providers and clients.
*Provide high levels of administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an IFA or Financial Planning environment.
*Previous experience in an IFA Administration role.
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
*Experience using Intelliflo or similar financial planning back-office systems.
*Familiarity with platforms such as Quilter, Transact or similar.
*Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Good understanding of FCA regulations, compliance and AML requirements.
*A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.
Desirable Skills:
*Experience working with leading investment platforms including Quilter and Transact.
*Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and financial planning processes.
*Confidence liaising with providers, advisers and clients.
*Ambition to progress into a Paraplanning or Adviser role in the future.
