Full job descriptionResidential Conveyancing Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Nottingham | Salary starting from £45,000

An established law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Nottingham team. This role would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) who can manage a caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
• Providing excellent client service and building strong relationships
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental growth
