We’re currently recruiting for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a busy and supportive team based in Bath. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills looking to build on experience within recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
*Posting job adverts across multiple platforms
*Screening and shortlisting applications
*Presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers
*Arranging and coordinating interviews
*Updating and tracking candidates on the internal system
About you:
*Previous recruitment coordination experience
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident communicator with good IT skills
*Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
